Don’t postpone—Just do it!
The truth is, if you postpone things, most of them will never get done. But if you do it straight away, you have a high chance of completing what you want to do.

Do things that take less than 5 minutes straight away
Anything that takes less than 5 minutes to complete should be done immediately. In this case, the issue is resolved and no time wasted planning it. You don’t need to return to it later and get into the groove again.
If you have a dream, plan it
Having a dream is great. Dreams keep us going. But unless you do something to make it happen, it’s not going to become a reality. So, plan it. This is something you can do today, even if you feel like you are not ready yet.

- Once you outline the steps, even a giant undertaking seems doable.
- You have no excuse to postpone planning. Just do it!
Break a big task into smaller steps
A big job can appear intimidating. But in reality, it’s just a lot of small jobs that need to be completed. Think about it as building a house. You first need to find a block of land, decide what home you are going to build there, find a builder, order plans, check them, sign a contract. Only then the actual building starts. You begin preparing the ground, lay the foundations.
Any other job works the same way. You move step by step.

Waiting until tomorrow, then until Monday… I think it’s one of the biggest problems in Russia, oddly enough in the West this sin is less spread. The only solution I think is the long hard work on yourself, the main thing is to overcome my laziness and start doing what needs to be done right now!
It is common in USA too. I know many people who do this.

When I remember how lazy I was 3 years ago, I sometimes do not believe that I was able to overcome laziness, we often talk about it but this is really a serious problem these days, especially among men
The solution to this problem firstly I see in desire, if a person does not want to do something and change his life, then all means will be useless, I understand-if there is a mind and desire and awareness that one should not waste his time. People will find means to solve their problem whether it’s laziness or something else.
Procrastination is my second name, no kidding!:-) Once I tried to dinghy it and spent loads of time reading clever books on motivation, time management and so on… But then I noticed it doesn’t help me to stop thinking and start doing, so I quit reading all this stuff about planning and goal achievement and just let it go. If I have to work, I do it. If it’s not so urgent, I watch another episode of a TV-show. This approach didn’t make me the most efficient person in the world although I got much happier and more relaxed.

Very interesting and actual topic. This advice will be useful for those, who cancel their business for tomorrow. Nowdays many people are used to sit at home and complain about life, without doing anything. I think it would be more productive if we solve our problems today and make important decisions now.We must realize the seriousness of everything and be responsible for our actions.
Learning not to postpone important things for later is very difficult. This requires a lot of effort from a person and the certainty that he will cope. But if you stop postponing, the results will be only positive and they will not keep you waiting.
It’s one of my the greatest problems! I can’t start doing something immediately, especially when I have a lack of motivation. The fact is quite true. My life experience can easily prove it. If you don’t do it on the spot, you usually won’t do it at all.
