In my view, the majority of Ukrainians shop online because it is quicker and more convenient than to buy goods in physical shops. To shop online, you shouldn’t go anywhere and stay in the queue. The same is true about communal services and other payments. And inspite of having some disadvantages too, shopping online is better.
