Today is Orthodox Easter in Russia and Ukraine, called “Paskha”. Millions of worshipers attend night services and Christian marches.
In the morning, people usually visit family and friends and have an Easter lunch that includes traditional dishes: Easter cake and coloured eggs.

I believe that Orthodox Easter is more religious holyday. My grandmother goes to church and follows Lent until the Easter day. According to European tradition people just have fun. I think it’s not about holiday, it is about peoples mentality.
