Anna Makarova is a nutritionist to the stars and a fitness guru. Her tips to lose weight are simple.
“First of all, one should forget about dieting and fasting, because such ‘swings’ won’t do any good.
“Revise your ration. So, what is the most dangerous? Exclude alcohol — there have been already more than enough of it. Also say ‘No’ to candies, anything made of flour, various products made of processed meat, sausages and products with saturated fat — sour cream, cream, butter. If you cannot live without them — cut the consumption as much as possible.
“What’s left? Any fish, poultry, lean meat, grains, buckwheat, brown rice, as much raw vegetables as possible (try to eat them whole and not cut into salads). Drink more water and green tea.
“Also strive to eat alone. Psychologists noticed that we eat more in a company of other people.
“Regarding physical exercise, the faster you add it, then quicker you’ll get results. Give preference to the basic exercise — squats, push ups, lunges, and various crunches.”
Basically, nothing new, it’s all about what you put in your mouth, how much you move (exercise and other activities that raise your heart rate), but there is a psychological twist as well to regaining the slim body most girls are after.
While Belarus women who are single may not have problems with eating alone, what about the ladies who are married? Traditionally, the wife is the one who cooks and shops. Eating alone may be a challenge in this case.

What about dieting, I agree – you should forget about it. But I meen that we eat much more when somebody does not watch us, but not in a company. When we are alone we сan not pretend and seem better. We can be ourselves. And often we can not be ourselves even with our husbands and especially when our dear friends are near us.
