The billionaire suffered a heart attack as soon as the cosmetic gel was injected inside his penis, Daily Mail reported.
The concern over the size led the wealthy Brazilian to this tragic end.
The operation was performed in Paris, France, in a private facility.
Laniado is known for selling the most expensive diamond in the world for the price over USD 48 million to a Chinese businessman in 2015.
The billionaire was the owner of the most expensive Monaco’s penthouse famous for giant parties in the presence of models and other celebrities.
