A recent survey revealed that over 25% of Ukrainians live the same way as before the quarantine.
1 in 4 Ukrainians didn’t experience changes to their lifestyle in quarantine
25% of Ukrainians didn’t notice much change in their lifestyle during the quarantine, a recent online poll by Segodnya revealed.
Out of them 8.46% of respondent said their lifestyle hasn’t changed at all, while 16.58% said it was nearly the same. Further 32.51% of survey participants said it changed “a little”.
At the same time, 2 out of 5 respondents (41%) consider alterations to their daily routine as substantial.
The results are quite amazing considering how different people are required to interact with each other socially due to the recent health scare.
On 11 May Ukraine eased up the restrictions, in accordance with the government’s decision from 4 May. People are allowed to visit parks and children’s playgrounds outdoors. Beauty salons and hairdressers are now working, as well as shops and cafes with outdoor seating.
Recently we reported that the European Union is looking at options to open international travel by introducing COVID passports. Ukrainian media reported that some international airlines offer plane bookings from 23-24 May, while others only plan to start flying from July.
