Popular European low cost bus operator FlixBus started regular routes from Ukraine to Germany and Austria. The first tickets from Kyiv (Kiev) to European destinations were offered for purchase for only 5-15 Euro.
5 Euro tickets from Ukraine to Europe
FlixBus is the largest bus operator in Europe, and from 11 June 2019 it offers trips to the Ukrainian capital for budget conscious travellers.
The company plans to open regular bus routes not only from the capital to the destinations within the European Union, but also from such Ukrainian cities as Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odessa, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Ternopil. The operator hopes to offer such trips already in 2019, Finance.ua reported.
Michael Leman, the CEO of FlixBus in Poland and Ukraine, explained, “It’s a planned network. We still want to consult with the local operators. They know better where their citizens travel.”
Leman pointed out that bus routes from Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Odessa are likely to start operating in the first turn.
Tickets will be offered for prices starting from only 5 Euro through a mobile app or online. There is no need to print a ticket, as the driver is able to scan the QR code.
The extremely cheap tickets were only available until 13 June for trips to Cologne, Stuttgart, Rostock, Karlsruhe (Germany) and Vienna (Austria). All routes were originating in Kyiv (Kiev).
Travel in comfort
The cheap price for tickets doesn’t mean that passengers will be inconvenienced. All buses will be equipped with free WiFi and FLIX-entertainment systems. Passengers will be able to charge a phone and use on-board amenities. At night there will be a minimum of two bus drivers for safety.
In the beginning, there will be about 20 buses on Ukrainian routes. The buses will be provided by the Ukrainian partner of the company but travel under FlixBus schedule.
So, if you live in Europe and wish to connect with Ukrainian girls, there has been never a better time! Not only she can travel to you easily, but you could also just jump on the bus and take a trip to her home town at any time.
