Most rich people I know dress very casual, whether they are Russian, Ukrainian, or born in a western country. It’s only the poor people think that they can impress others with their outfits, right people don’t need to impress others.
But yes, Russian and Ukrainian woman can reject a man if he is not dressed well, according to their standards.
